Use a Computer

The library has public computers with Internet access. This describes what we have and how to use them.

The Colesburg Public Library currently has four public computers with Internet access.  Computers are to be used in thirty (30) minute sessions on a first-come, first-served basis.  Each user is allowed one session; if there is no one waiting for the service at the end of that session, the user is allowed one more session.  Once having had the service for 30 minutes, the user must abandon the computer if another patron requests its use.  There is a limit of two 30-minute sessions per day.

Patrons under the age of 18 years must have a copy of the Internet Access Policy on file, signed by a parent or guardian.

Computer printouts are allowed at a cost of .15 cents per page for black and white, .20 cents for a color printout.

School assignments are permitted ten free pages of printouts, with a charge of .15 cents thereafter.

This resource is supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act as administered by State Library of Iowa.
